The more you delve into the practice and existence of industrial milk production, the more you realise that changing this very profitable industry is going to be a mammoth task.
The cooperation between the dairy industry which does not just include milk, but such things as yogurts, puddings, cheese of all sorts, including cream cheese etc and the major supermarkets is plain for all to see.
A completely false image is cleverly promoted of a rural idyl with happy cows goats and sheep grazing in lush pastures.
The reality for most dairy animals is far removed from this image. The radical change needed to change the cruel and unsustainable practices of the current system is what we are about.
