• By promoting and selling ethical dairy products, especially with our range of cheese, we are partaking with others in the start of a Dairy Revolution.
• We are committed to discovering and promoting existing ethical small dairy farmers, but also to helping new ones join the movement.
• We are actively sourcing cheese from such farms in the UK and also from the continent.

As we source new cheeses, we will let you discover them in our shop. We are always looking for new producers and their cheeses.
